It’s Time To Focus
Ok, I will admit it has been a while since my last blog. I’m back and it’s time to refocus.
Have you ever had a moment in your life that you have lost a little or a whole lot of focus? Don’t worry, you are not alone. In fact for many of us we have lost focus in life not only once but multiple time a year, a month, a day or perhaps in an hours time.
Today, I have had a day to myself and I decided it was time to clean my side of the closet. You know there’s a whole lot of thinking that happens when you sort, fold, rearrange and let go of things that you no longer wear, like, or fit. I then started to think about a new year right around the corner and how there are things, habits and people in life that no longer fit, you need, or serve you well.
2020 may just be the year to let it all go. But, why wait! Start sorting now. Its time to renew. Mind, body and soul. Why not be the best version of yourself every moment you have. Take one step at a time. Start by turning your eating around and feed your body with food that nourishes it. How does picking up a journal sound to bring out your creative side. How about surrounding yourself with friends and loved ones that make you want to be a better person. People that bring out the best in you and who you can laugh with. Your relationship matters too. Hold your persons hand more. Love deeply and talk every single day. Keep moving, go for walks and enjoy the outdoors and the beauty it has to offer. Lastly, find your spiritual side whatever that may be. It’s different for so many people. Find the new healthy you. Mind, Body and Soul.
